Emergency Contact
The cleanup and drying begins with a phone call. Emerg-E-Serve operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week to your home or business. When you are dealing with water damage, immediate action is crucial. Call Emerg-E-Serve at the first sign of water.

Work Authorization
Upon arrival to your home or business, a water restoration technician must fill out a work authorization form with the property owner. This work authorization allows the water restoration technician to enter your home and continue with the remaining steps of the water mitigation process.

Inspect Water Damage
Upon arrival a water restoration technician will thoroughly inspect your property with the necessary tools to find all water damaged property. From moisture meters to hygrometers, Emerg-E-Serve technicians have the most updated tools to check and measure all moisture levels inside your home or business. While taking moisture readings, our technician will be taking many photos of the moisture levels for documentation.

Water Removal
Upon arrival a water restoration technician will thoroughly inspect your property with the necessary tools to find all water damaged property. From moisture meters to hygrometers, Emerg-E-Serve technicians have the most updated tools to check and measure all moisture levels inside your home or business. While taking moisture readings, our technician will be taking many photos of the moisture levels for documentation.

Dehumidification
Now that the water has been extracted/removed the drying process must begin. Our water restoration technician will now be putting air movers and dehumidifiers throughout your home or business to dry all water damaged property to your home. The amount of air movers and dehumidifiers will be determined by the mathematical equation of the amount of moisture found in your home or business.

Cleaning and Sanitizing
Your property’s walls, floors, and other surfaces will likely need professional cleaning treatments. Besides cleaning your property’s structure, Emerg-E-Serve technician will also clean your belongings, like furniture, upholstery, clothing, and other restorable personal items, damaged by the water. Flooding and water damage often require odor removal and deodorization treatments, since wet materials have an unpleasant odor.
